云南所关于C3d的年龄估算很不合理,因为他们所拥有的C3d的资料并不多,而大多数C3d的Y-STR资料其实在西伯利亚,而且国内用的计算方法是进化速率,这种计算方法往往把单倍群的年龄高估三倍,再加上云南所的文章居然说C3d是随着汉文化的传播而传播的,这纯粹是汉族中心主义的体现,所以我不相信。我认为C3d的共祖能有3000年就不错了(或者更年轻)。而整个M217大约才是万年左右的历史
同样早期文献关于O3的年龄估算也要慎重对待,甚至M134,M117的年龄还要年轻,俄罗斯网友MOGELLEY计算出来的整个O系的年龄是2-3万年,我感觉东亚的情况很可能与欧洲类似。他说 For example: when we had about 80 67-markers haplotypes of Hg N1c1, the age of this Hg on the graphs was about 3500 years.
By calculations with this quotient the age was about 7500 years.
Now we have 695 67-markers haplotypes of HG N1c1, the age of this Hg on the graphs was about 6500 years.
I think when we have 1000 haplotypes, the age became close to the real age.
So the age of Hg O on this picture 8850 years by the quotient of back mutations of STRs becomes 23000-27000 years.
I don’t think this age a foolishness at all. |
